Looks like I’m on vacation...

Naw....just went to my neighbors house.

Bill is a talented landscape designer
and his house is like something out of a magazine.

Remember how I mourned the loss of Picnik the
photo editor?   Well...welcome PicMonkey!
A lot better than picnik...I love the options
of frames and textures...also just easier to use.

This texture is called “Smudge”
well I’m smudging just about every pic I take...

I love its old fashioned quality.

Bill’s exotic living room...like hanging out Morocco.

His extraordinary Brugmansia Trees

View out of his bedroom French doors...

Frisco the Wonder Dog

couldn’t leave this out...

We have had this orchid for 5 years...
this is the first time it flowered...

Happy Sunday!

What a fabulous garden! I need your neighbor to come work his magic in my yard.

I love the courtyard with plants and seating. I wanted a sheltered courtyard garden when we were house hunting. We ended up with a wind swept paddock LOL
I particularly liked the photo of the settle and cushions.

What a heavenly little retreat. I saw some Brugmansia Trees at an open garden event in Beverley Hills a few years ago but didn't know what they were called - now I know xx

Oh I wish I had a neighbor like that who would come over and redesign (and possibly take care of the upkeep) my front and backyards. How magical. Last time my daughter was home we were looking at Etsy and she just loves all your stacked bracelets :)

I agree about picmonkey - it's great isn't it. I so struggle with photography and have almost been reduced to tears over getting things in focus so I love the sharpen/clarify effect.

I'm a sucker for blue doors-- They're so darn happy looking!

And your orchid is beautiful. I wonder why it didn't bloom for 5 years. But isn't it great and the bloom lasts for so long :-)

YEAH! xo jj
